Chef Rocco Hanson

Our chef is a fanatic about good food. A true culinary artist. Wife Aimee always asking him to stop working so much .. maybe the best way to accomplish this (to get him to stop working 6 days a week, 10 hour + days) is to start doing seasonal culinary travels and probably also a paid newsletter.
This would require more outreach and dedicated time. If it interests you, to travel with Chef and his lovely wife 🤭 sign up for the Chef's List on the right and maybe we will actually begin this new chapter.
It's probably going to be mostly fishing trips and bonus: Aimee is taking yoga teacher training so there will be optional movement along with eating and resting on a beautiful seashore somewhere that we all want to go.

What good is a newsletter about food when AI and a million others are in the mix?
Chef Rocco gets questions all day long about where to buy product, how to handle product, best equipment, storage solutions, farming, hunting, "what should I serve with this wine?" and a classic: "but .. how do you chop an onion?"
Rocco has been told that he is the best of the best (could be his Italian heritage) so we decided to offer up this wisdom to you, the fans of high quality cuisine along California's North Coast.
You're invited into Rocco's intimate world of What's For Dinner.
From research to shopping, it's all delivered on the last Friday of every month, the best of the best for our local community.
And sometimes there will be a pop up event because parties are fun and being together around good food, drink and music is very good for the soul.
So put your info in the little boxes and we'll see ya real soon.
Cheers, Chef Rocco & Aimee
